Summer 2006:
Presenting DRAMADANCE
Marie will once again team up with Aimee Tye from the Hyde Park School of Ballet to present an original piece of theatre with dance and movement incorporated for third and fourth grade students.
During this six week program we will choose a story and cast parts, create an original script, choreograph dance and movement to enhance the dialogue, produce a set and costumes, publicize our play with unique advertisements, have many rehearsals, and finally present our rendition of a folk or fairy tale. Last year we performed our version of "The Rose's Smile". a tale from the 1001 Arabian Nights.
